Course Overview:

This course aims to demonstrate the importance of integrating human resource management (HRM) with business strategies, as well as addressing the current challenges that businesses face. Additionally, it seeks to enhance students’ understanding of HRM competencies and leadership abilities needed to effectively contribute as strategic partners in a corporate setting.

Expected Learning Outcome:

Upon finishing this course successfully, learners will be able to:

  • Acquire valuable skills in critical thinking and decision-making processes.
  • Will gain a comprehensive insight into the significance of developing human capital from a critical standpoint.

Potential career opportunities include roles as, an HR Recruiter or Training and Development Assistant.
