Course Overview:

This course introduces students to essential principles and methods of project management, beginning with identifying the elements of a project and overseeing its supervision. Moreover, it empowers students by equipping them with the requisite skills to ensure that their projects are completed on time according to expectations. Students will gain a comprehensive comprehension of project management which they can effectively implement in real-world scenarios.

Expected Learning Outcome:

Upon finishing this course successfully, learners will be able to:

  • Commence a project.
  • Supervise and regulate project tasks.
  • Evaluate potential risks associated with the project.
  • Create cost estimates and budgets for the project.

Potential career opportunities include roles as, Project Team Member, Project Writer, Entry Level Project.

Requirements For Admission:

  • In order to be considered for admission, it is necessary for the applicant to have taken the WASSCE and achieved at least a passing grade.
  • Additionally, holding any other recognized qualification will also be taken into consideration when reviewing applications.
